OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. 9.1 The Employer shall-
9.1.1 Create an enabling environment to facilitate effective performance by the employee;
9.1.2 Provide access to skills development and capacity building opportunities;
9.1.3 Work collaboratively with the Employee to solve problems and generate solutions to common problems that may impact on the performance of the Employee;
9.1.4 On the request of the Employee delegate such powers reasonably required by the Employee to enable him to meet the performance objectives and targets established in terms of this Agreement; and
9.1.5 Make available to the Employee such resources as the Employee may reasonably require from time to time assisting him to meet the performance objectives and targets established in terms of this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. 9.1 The Employer shall: 9.1.1 Create an enabling environment to facilitate effective performance by the employee.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. 5.1. The Employer undertakes to perform its obligations in accordance with the Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work (PART 4: SPECIFICATIONS), subject to the satisfactory fulfilment of the obligations by the Supplier as set out in this Contract.
5.2. The Employer shall monitor and evaluate the Supplier’s performance in respect of the Scope of Work.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. The Employer shall –

b. Provide access to skills development and capacity building opportunities;
c. Work collaboratively with the Employee to solve problems and generate solutions to common problems that may impact on the performance of the Employee;
d. On the request of the Employee delegate such powers reasonably required by the Employee to enable him/ her to meet the performance objectives and targets established in terms of this Agreement; and
e. Make available to the Employee such resources as the Employee may reasonably require from time to time assisting him/her to meet the performance objectives and targets established in terms of this agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. The EMPLOYER acknowledges and agrees:
1. That the WORKER shall not be moved to another area of employment or transferred or assigned to another EMPLOYER without the consent of the WORKER and the prior approval in writing of ESDC/SERVICE CANADA and the GOVERNMENT AGENT.
2. That the WORKERS approved under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program are authorized by their work permit only to perform agricultural labour for the EMPLOYER to whom they are assigned. Any person who knowingly induces or aids a foreign worker, without the authorization of ESDC/SERVICE CANADA, to perform work for another person or to perform non-agricultural work outside the scope of the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), is liable on conviction to a penalty up to $50,000 or two (2) years imprisonment or both under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act S 124(1)(C) and 125.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. The employer shall ensure that the training for the specialism can be provided in accordance with the training requirements laid down by the Central Board.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. The Employer shall –
(a) create an enabling environment to facilitate effective performance by the Employee;
(b) provide the Employee with access to appropriate and adequate skills development and capacity building opportunities;
(c) work collaboratively with the Employee to solve problems and generate solutions to common problems that may impact on his performance;
(d) at the request of the Employee delegate such powers as he may reasonably require to enable him to meet the performance objectives and targets established in terms of this Agreement; and
(e) make available to the Employee such resources as he may reasonably require to assist him to meet the performance objectives, targets and core competency requirements established in terms of this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. 10.1 The Employer shall –

10.1. 5make available to the Employee such resources as the Employee may reasonably require from time to time to assist him/her to meet the performance objectives and targets established in terms of this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER. The Employer shall:
(i) Act as a good Employer in all dealings with the Employee
(ii) Deal with the Employee and any representative of the Employee in good faith in all aspects of the employment relationship, and
(iii) Take all practicable steps to provide the Employee with a safe and healthy work environment.
