Common use of Obligations and Compliance with Collateral Portfolio Clause in Contracts

Obligations and Compliance with Collateral Portfolio. The Servicer will take all actions within its control so as to permit the Borrower to fulfill and comply in all material respects with all obligations on the part of the Borrower to be fulfilled or complied with under or in connection with the administration of each item of Collateral Portfolio and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, or of the Secured Parties in, to and under the Collateral Portfolio.
