Obligations and Compliance with Dealer Loans and Dealer Agreements. The Servicer will duly fulfill and comply with all obligations on the part of the Seller to be fulfilled or complied with under or in connection with each Dealer Loan and each Dealer Agreement and will do nothing to impair the rights of the Trust Collateral Agent, the Indenture Trustee or the Class A Noteholders in, to and under the Trust Property. The Backup Servicer as successor Servicer shall not have an obligation to perform the obligations of the Servicer under this Section 4.06(a)(iii).
