Contractor’s obligations under this Exhibit shall continue until Contractor returns or destroys the CDPH PCI or returns the CDPH PCI to CDPH; provided however, that on expiration or termination of the agreement between Contractor and CDPH, Contractor shall not further use or disclose the CDPH PCI except as required by state or federal law.
