Obligations Continue Until Return or Destruction. Contractor’s obligations under this Exhibit shall continue until Contractor destroys the DSH PCI or returns the DSH PCI to DSH; provided however, that on expiration or termination of the agreement between Contractor and DSH, Contractor shall not further use or disclose the DSH PCI except as required by state or federal law.
