Obligations Continue Until Return or Destruction. Data Recipient’s obligations under this Agreement shall continue until Data Recipient destroys the Protected Data or returns the Protected Data to CDPH; provided however, that on expiration or termination of the Agreement, Data Recipient shall not further use or disclose the Protected Data except as required by state or federal law.
