Obligations During Force Majeure. Notwithstanding any other provisions as stated in Section 13, an event of Force Majeure does not relieve a Party of any of its obligations under the Governing Rules and this Agreement that the Party can reasonably perform during a Force Majeure event, and does not excuse a Party of its obligations to make payments for obligations arising prior to the Force Majeure event, or of any payment obligations for non-performance arising pursuant to the Governing Rules and this Agreement.
