Obligations Following Expiration or Termination. Licensee shall comply, and shall cause any Sublicensee as to which Licensor (or its designees) does not assume the Sublicense under Section 15.4.5(ii) to comply, with the following provisions upon the expiration and non-renewal or termination of this Agreement or of any Brand license granted hereunder. If one or more (but fewer than all) of the Brand licenses expire without renewal or are terminated, the provisions set forth below will apply only with respect to those Brands as to which licenses have expired or been terminated.
