Obligations Independent of Insurance. The indemnification provided in this Paragraph 14 shall not be construed or interpreted as in any way restricting, limiting or modifying Lessee’s insurance or other obligations under this Lease, and the provisions of this Paragraph 14 are independent of Lessee’s insurance and other obligations. Lessee’s compliance with the insurance requirements and other obligations under this Lease does not in any way restrict, limit or modify Lessee’s indemnification obligations under this Lease.
