LESSEE'S USE Sample Clauses

LESSEE'S USE. Lessee will not keep, use, sell or ------------ offer for sale in, or upon the Premises any article which may be prohibited by any insurance policy periodically in force covering the Project. If Lessee is occupancy or business in or on the Premises, whether or not Lessor has consented to the same, results in any increase in premiums for the insurance periodically carried by Lessor with respect to the Project, Lessee shall pay any such increase in premiums as Additional Rental within ten (10) days after being billed thereof by Lessor. In determining whether increased premiums are a result of Lessee's use of the Premises, a schedule issued by the organization computing the insurance rate on the Project or the Lessee Improvements showing the various components or such rate, shall be conclusive evidence of the several items and changes which make up such rate.

LESSEE'S USE. The Lessee represents and warrants that it will not conduct any activities in the Premises or on the property which may constitute a violation of any environmental law, statute and/or regulation. The Lessee agrees not to employ or utilize the Premises for the purpose of disposing, treating, storing, handling or transporting any materials which may be deemed to constitute Hazardous or Toxic Materials, unless it obtains the prior written consent of the Lessor.
LESSEE'S USE. The Premises shall be used and occupied only for the Lessee's Use set forth in Section 1(M). Lessee shall not use or occupy the Premises nor permit anything to be done in or on the Premises which will constitute a public or private nuisance and Lessee shall not use or occupy or permit the Premises to be used or occupied in any manner which will violate any laws or any of the terms, covenants and provisions of the Prime Lease, including the rules and regulations attached to the Prime Lease, if any.
LESSEE'S USE. Lessee covenants and agrees to use the Leased Premises solely for the purpose of a professional medical office, medical laboratory, or radiation therapy unit. Lessee shall not use or permit upon the Leased Premises anything that would invalidate any policy of insurance now or hereafter carried on the building or property containing the Leased Premises (the “Property”) or that will increase the rate of said insurance. Should Lessee violate this covenant, Lessee shall pay as additional rent any increase in premiums for insurance which may be charged during the term of this Lease on the amount of insurance carried by Lessor on the Property as a result of such activities carried on or occupancy of the Property by Lessee, whether or not Lessor has consented to the same. Lessee shall not use or permit upon the said Leased Premises any explosive or anything that may be damaging to life and limb. Lessee shall not in any manner deface or injure the Property or any part thereof, or overload the floors of the Leased Premises, and Lessee shall not permit any objectionable noise or odors to escape or be emitted from the Leased Premises or do anything or permit anything to be done in any way tending to disturb any other lessee or occupant of the Property or the occupants of neighboring buildings. Lessee shall conform to and obey all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, requirements and orders of all governmental bodies or authorities respecting its use of the Leased Premises.
LESSEE'S USE. The Leased Premises shall be used by Lessee for any legal purposes compatible with the premises. As used in this Lease, "Use", "Lessee's Use", or words of similar import refer to Lessee's aforesaid uses of the Leased Premises.
LESSEE'S USE. Lessee shall use the Demised Premises solely for industrial use including warehouse and related office uses and shall not use the Demised Premises for any other purpose without obtaining the prior written consent of the Lessor.

LESSEE'S USE. LESSEE may use the premises as a training center and conference center for executive officers and other business persons, as well as for construction of buildings and other housing for personnel and trainees, and for any related purposes, including but not limited to landscaping and beautification.
LESSEE'S USE. Lessee will not keep, use, sell or offer for sale in or upon the Premises any article which may be prohibited by any insurance policy periodically in force covering the Building or the Development Common Areas. If Lessee’s occupancy or business in, or on, the premises, whether or not Lessor has consented to the same, results in any increase in premiums for the insurance periodically carried by Lessor with respect to the Building or the Development or results in the need for Lessor to maintain special or additional insurance, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor the cost of any such increase in premiums or special or additional coverage as additional rent within ten (10) days after being billed therefore by Lessor. Lessee agrees to promptly comply with all reasonable requirements of the insurance authority or any present or future insurer relating to the Premises.
LESSEE'S USE. Lessee shall use and occupy the Premises in accordance with all Applicable Requirements only for the Permitted Use set forth in Paragraph 1.8, or any other legal use which is reasonably comparable thereto, and for no other purpose. Anything to the contrary contained in this Lease notwithstanding, in no event shall Lessee's Permitted Use of the Premises include any activity that could be characterized by the City and County of San Francisco as an "H Occupancy" as that term, or variations thereon, are used in the Building and Planning Codes of the City and County of San Francisco.
