Common use of Obligations Not Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Obligations Not Exclusive. The rights of the Bank and the obligations of the Executive set forth in this Section 3.6(i) are in addition to any other rights and obligations under applicable laws and regulations, the terms and conditions of any plan and award agreement pursuant to which incentive-based compensation is awarded to the Executive, and the terms and conditions of any claw back, recoupment or similar policy applicable to the executive officers of the Bank, which the Bank or the Company may adopt and maintain from time to time.
