OBLIGATIONS OF A SECTOR ASSOCIATION AND OF AN OPERATOR. 1.1 An Operator and a Sector Association must: 1.1.1 supply such information to the Administrator as the Administrator may request in connection with an agreement, by the date specified in the request; 1.1.2 notify the Administrator of any changes to its personal information within 20 working days of the change; 1.1.3 co-operate with any person appointed by the Administrator to undertake an independent audit of information provided to the Administrator; and 1.1.4 comply with the provisions of the charging scheme. If a charge remains unpaid after the date on which it is due, it may be recovered by the Administrator as a civil debt.
