Common use of Obligations of Agents Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Agents. observe and comply with its obligations and use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Agents observe and comply with all their obligations under the Conditions and the Agency Agreement and procure that the Registrar maintains the Register and notify the Trustee immediately if it becomes aware of any material breach or failure by an Agent in relation to the Notes;
