Obligations of Borrowers and Security Agent. The Borrowers shall remain liable to perform all the obligations assumed by them in relation to the Assigned Property and the Security Agent shall be under no obligation of any kind whatsoever in respect thereof or be under any liability whatsoever in the event of any failure by the Borrowers to perform their obligations in respect thereof.
