Common use of Obligations of Carnegie Mellon Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Carnegie Mellon. Carnegie Mellon will provide to Course Sponsor copies of any and all Participation Agreements that have been signed by Students so that Course Sponsor is aware of all Parties to this Agreement. Carnegie Mellon will also provide (or cause the Students to provide) the Course Sponsor with copies of any and all Student Work Product within twenty (20) days after the Course ends.

Obligations of Carnegie Mellon. Carnegie Mellon will provide to Course Sponsor copies of any and all Participation Agreements that have been signed by Students so that Course Sponsor is aware of all Parties to this Agreement. Carnegie Mellon will also provide (or cause the Students to provide) the Course Sponsor with copies of any and all Student Work Product within twenty thirty (2030) days after the Course ends.

Carnegie Mellon will provide to Course Sponsor copies of any and all Participation Agreements that have been signed by Students so that Course Sponsor is aware of all Parties to this Agreement. Carnegie Mellon will also provide (or cause the Students to provide) the Course Sponsor with copies of any and all Student Work Product within twenty (20) days after the Course ends.. Carnegie Mellon also agrees to the confidentiality terms attached to and included in this Agreement as Attachment C.
