Obligations of committee. Any committee formed under Article 14.1, in the exercise of the powers delegated to it, must: (a) conform to any rules that may from time to time be imposed on it by the directors; and (b) report every act or thing done in exercise of those powers to the earliest meeting of the directors to be held after the act or thing has been done.
