Common use of Obligations of Confidence Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Confidence. Each party undertakes to: (a) hold in strict confidence all Confidential Information which comes into its possession; and (b) as far as commercially feasible, to take the same degree of care as the recipient uses to protect its own Confidential Information.
