Obligations of Counterparty. Counterparty shall report and provide to PacifiCorp accurate and complete generation Data and Output information for the Facility. Counterparty shall send the Data and other Output Information in a format and in compliance with any protocols which PacifiCorp may specify to Counterparty. Counterparty has a continuing duty to immediately notify PacifiCorp, if and when any generation Data or Output information has been sent in error or ceases to be truthful, accurate, or complete and to supply the corrected data as soon as practical, but not later than five (5) Business Days from the date Counterparty discovers that discrepancy in the Data or Output information.
