Obligations of Data Controller. The Data Controller agrees that it shall ensure that any disclosure of Personal Data made by it to the Data Processor is made with the Data Subject’s consent, via a legitimate basis as provided for in the GDPR, or is otherwise lawful in compliance with the Data Protection Law. Data Controller specifically acknowledges that its use of the Services will not violate the rights of any Data Subject that has opted-out from sales or other disclosures of Personal Data, to the extent applicable under the CCPA.
