OBLIGATIONS OF LAW. If the Recipient is required by law, order, or regulation to disclose Confidential Information, to the extent allowed by applicable law, order, or regulation, the Recipient may disclose Confidential Information provided that: Recipient notifies the Disclosing Party promptly of such disclosure requirement; Upon the Disclosing Party's request and expense, Recipient reasonably assists in challenging the obligation to disclose the Confidential Information; and Any such disclosure is limited to that required by applicable law, order, or regulation.
