Common use of Obligations of Logistics Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Logistics. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 10(b) all assets necessary to handle the Materials from Lion; (ii) provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.

Obligations of Logistics.
