Common use of Obligations of Logistics Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Logistics. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 8(b) all assets necessary to handle the Materials from Refining; (ii) provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.

Obligations of Logistics. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 8(b10(b) all assets necessary to handle the Materials from RefiningLion; (ii) provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.

Obligations of Logistics. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 8(b) 9 all assets necessary to handle the Materials from RefiningDKTS; (ii) provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage Rail Offloading Facility that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.

During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 8(b) 9 all assets necessary to handle the Materials from RefiningXXXX; (ii) provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage Rail Offloading Facility that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.

During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 8(b10(b) all assets necessary to handle the Materials from RefiningDKTS; (ii) provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.

Obligations of Logistics. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Logistics agrees to: (i) to own or lease and operate and maintain in accordance with Section 8(b) 8 all assets of Logistics and its Affiliates necessary to handle the Materials accept deliveries from Refining; (ii) DKTS and to provide the services required under this Agreement; and (iii) perform all operations relating to the Terminal and the Tankage that it is required to perform under the Transaction Agreements.
