Provider represents and warrants to Associate that Provider shall comply with all requirements of the Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information, at 45 Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”) part 160 and part 164 subpart E (the “Privacy Rule”), the Security Standards issued at 45 CFR part 160 and part 164 subpart C (the “Security Rule”).
