Obligations of Purchasers Several; No Third Party Beneficiary. (a) The obligations of each Purchaser hereunder shall be several (and not joint). A Purchaser shall not be responsible for the failure of any other Purchaser to perform any obligation required to be performed by it hereunder or under any other Principal Agreement. The obligations of the Issuer at any time hereunder to each Purchaser shall be a separate and independent obligations. Each Purchaser shall be entitled to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and the other Principal Agreements as it shall see fit, and it shall not be necessary for any other Purchaser to consent to, or be joined as an additional party in, any proceedings for such purposes.
