Obligations of Supplier. 3.4.1 Solar Pumpset Supplier (SPS) has the responsibility to design, supply, installation and commissioning of Solar Pumpset Systems comprising of SPV modules, VFD/Inverter, Remote Monitoring, AC Surface/Submersible Pump, Mounting Structure, Tracking, Cables, HDPE Pipe etc. as per MNRE Specifications of 2015-16 as detailed in Schedule-7 of this Agreement, inclusive of CMC (“Comprehensive Maintenance Contract”) and Insurance for five (5) years from the DOC of each Pumpset System on turnkey basis. 3.4.2 The components/items to be supplied for installation of the Solar Pumpset System(s) shall be as per the component/items indicated in the Test Report. In case the Supplier intends to change any component/items, the Supply shall mandatorily obtain Test Report from MNRE for the Solar Pumpset System with new components/items and shall submit a copy of the Test Report prior to installation of the Pumpset System. The DISCOMS/NREDCAP shall undertake inspection and issue Completion Certificate only upon receipt of the Test Report for the Solar Pumpset System with such new components/items from the Supplier. 3.4.3 The Solar Pumpset Supplier shall warrant the Solar Pumpset System as per applicable standards of quality (MNRE Technical Specifications 2015-16). Anything to be furnished shall be new, free from all defects and faults in material and workmanship. The manufacture shall be in accordance with the specified technical parameters and should be of the highest grade and consistent with established and generally accepted standards for material. It shall be in full conformity with the drawing or samples if any and shall operate properly. 3.4.4 The Supplier shall gain knowledge of the soil conditions of the site for installation of the Solar Pumpset System and shall accordingly lay the foundation by fixing suitable foundation bolts and nuts as per MNRE norms. 3.4.5 The Supplier shall ensure that the Solar Pumpset System(s) stages are in proportion to the available water table in the site. 3.4.6 The Supplier shall ensure the geo-tagging of the Solar Pumpset Systems after installation. 3.4.7 The Supplier shall make available a display board/sheet on the Pumpset System(s) with the details like Name of the Supplier, address, contact details, toll-free number, price and subsidy, and date of installation. 3.4.8 In case of 3 HP and/or 5 HP Submersible Pumpset System(s), the suction pipe should be of a length of 150ft and Cable should be of 170ft length. 3.4.9 The Supplier shall ensure that the suction pipes are firmly supported by appropriate structures. There should be minimum of two (2) mounting structures with anti-theft nuts and bolts used wherever required. 3.4.10 The Supplier shall arrange security and storage of their materials to avoid any theft or losses during execution of work. NREDCAP/DISCOMS will not be responsible for providing any security/storage for the materials and equipment lying at site during execution of work.

Comprehensive Maintenance as per the Tripartite Agreement has to be carried out till the end of CMC Period. Quoted Price and applicable Taxes and Duties shall be the Total Cost per solar pumpset. Comprehensive Maintenance as per the Tripartite Agreement has to be carried out for a period of 5 years. Supplier shall maintain Rolling Stock of BLDC pumps only with adjustments if any (roundup to the nearest whole number). After expiry of CMC Period, Supplier shall hand over the live Rolling Stock to the Procurer in healthy condition.
3.4.2 3.2.2 The components/items to be supplied for installation of the Solar Pumpset System(s) shall be as per the component/items indicated in the Test Report. In case case, Supplier had not submitted valid Test Certificate for the allocated Solar Pumpset System(s) Model for which Supplier intends bid for at the time of bid submission, no Purchase Order shall be issued to change Supplier until Supplier furnish valid Test Certificate for the allocated Solar Pumpset System(s) Model. If such Supplier fails to produce valid Test Certificate within the period of Validity of LoA, Procurer shall have the right to forfeit the Performance Guarantee submitted by Supplier and terminate the Tripartite Agreement. If Supplier had already produced Test Certificate at the time of Bid submission and if any component/itemsalternation in component(s) of the Solar Pumpset System is required after signing the Tripartite Agreement, then the Supply shall mandatorily obtain new Test Report from MNRE Certificate for the Solar Pumpset System with shall be submitted to avail any new components/items and Purchase Order. However no alternation shall submit a copy be permitted for Purchase Order under different stages of the Test Report prior to installation of the Pumpset System. The DISCOMS/NREDCAP shall undertake inspection and issue Completion Certificate only upon receipt of the Test Report for the Solar Pumpset System with such new components/items from the Supplierexecution.

3.2.11 The Supplier shall make the data of solar pumpset performance available on NREDCAP centralised server using Remote Monitoring Unit. It should be possible to ascertain the performance parameters as detailed in Schedule 9 of this Tripartite Agreement, which include but not limited to daily water output, the power generated by the PV array, the Up Time of the pump during the year, Number of days the pump was unused or under breakdown/repairs with communicating Sim card for a period of 5 years as per MNRE Specifications 2015-16 as amended from time to time. The charges towards ensuring such communication and sim validity shall be borne by the Supplier.
3.2.12 The supplier shall ensure that the Remote Monitoring Unit is capable of responding to data request by the NREDCAP server in real-time. The specifications of Controller which the Supplier shall make mandatorily available is provided at Schedule 10.
3.2.13 The Supplier shall ensure that the Remote Monitoring Unit is capable of responding with one or multiple data points as requested by the NREDCAP server.
3.2.14 The Supplier shall ensure storage of data locally using SD/Micro SD atleast for a period of one year. The Remote Monitoring Unit shall be capable of retrieving the stored data on the SD/Micro SD card as and when requested by the NREDCAP server through wireless connectivity.
3.2.15 Supplier shall conduct wide publicity of toll free number 0000-000-0000 and shall be communicated to beneficiaries for availing real time support.
