OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATABASE PROVIDER AS DATA PROCESSOR. 2.1 The Database Provider will be registered under UK law in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”). The Database Provider is required to maintain the registration during the term of the contract and is required to abide by terms of the Act and any successor thereto.
