Service Provider Obligations definition

Service Provider Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Service Provider Obligations means, collectively, the obligations now or hereafter existing of the Issuer or any MSAF Group Member to pay fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts under the Service Provider Documents (other than the Secured Primary Eligible Credit Facility Obligations, the Secured Swap Provider Obligations, the Indenture Obligations in respect of the MSAF Group Class A Notes, the Indenture Obligations in respect of the MSAF Group Class B Notes, the Indenture Obligations in respect of the Class C Notes, the Indenture Obligations in respect of the MSAF Group Class D Notes, the Secured Other Credit Facility Obligations and the Secured Subordinated Swap Provider Obligations).
