Common use of Obligations of the Exporter Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Exporter. The exporter to whom a Certificate of Origin has been issued in the exporting Party referred to in Article 4.15, shall notify in writing to the competent authority of the exporting Party without delay when such exporter knows that such good does not qualify as originating goods of the exporting Party.
