OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOSPITAL AUTHORITY. In addition to and not in derogation or substitution of any of its other obligations under this Agreement, the Hospital Authority shall have the following obligations: a make provision for the required ready to use space as per clinical establishment norms as applicable for the Dialysis services and supply of water (including water tax, if any) free of cost by the hospital authorities to the Concessionaire for running of the services;
