Obligation of North Dum Dum Municipality. 6.3.1 hand over the required space along with basic infrastructure, installed equipment, RO plant and any other related equipment as mentioned under Schedule B of this Agreement as is where is basis to the Concessionaire for the Project. 6.3.2 provide the ready-to-use Project Site as is where is basis, available as per technical specification for establishment, refurbishment, upgradation, operation, maintenance, and management of the Dialysis Centre to the Concessionaire within one (1) month from the Execution Date. In addition to the Project Site, the Hospital Authority shall also provide required space for installation of DG set. 6.3.3 allow access to and use of the Project Site and the Dialysis Centre for the purpose of maintaining telephone lines, electricity lines, water piping or for such other public purpose as the Concessionaire may require, but the charges for the use of such utilities shall be incurred by the Concessionaire. 6.3.4 provide water and electricity connection to the Project Site, basic infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of this Project 6.3.5 pay any property tax or any tax, cess or duties in relation to the Project Site; 6.3.6 refer patients for free services in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement; 6.3.7 support in getting the required Applicable Permits for operating the Dialysis Centre 6.3.8 maintain ambulance services on 24*7 basis, in case of emergency, the Concessionaire shall refer the patients to the nearest government hospital. The Concessionaire shall need to provide backup arrangement of ambulance service, if required. 6.3.9 facilitate integration of the Concessionaire and the supplier to ensure services as per provision of this agreement by the Concessionaire including maintenance of equipment. 6.3.10 ensure proper and timely review of performance of the Dialysis Centre at least at an interval of six (6) months. The NDDM shall form a monitoring committee for this purpose and shall monitor the performance of the Dialysis Centre on regular basis and submit their report to the DoH&FW and the Hospital Authority. 6.3.11 for purpose of review of performance important criteria like timely delivery of reports, collection of user charges as per government rates, proper display of rates in the facility, strict adherence to SOP while running the units, deployment of qualified human resources as per norms, regular payment of all dues including electricity charges, CAMC charges, real time entry of all kinds o...

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of-way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections 4, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c), and 7 of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra- State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
