Obligations of the Licensee 5.1.1. The Licensee’s Responsibilities and Duties shall include the following, in addition to and without prejudice to other obligations under this Agreement:

Licensee Obligations 3.1 The Licensee is responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of telecommunication lines, equipment, software and other arrangements necessary for the Licensee to receive the Licensed Data from the LME.
Obligations of the Client 3.1 The Client is responsible for the information they have provided to GoodHabitz, the use of the Service and keeping access to these confidential. The Client commits to using the Service within the limits of the provisions of the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ROYALTIES AND PATENTS The Contractor shall pay all royalties and license fees. The Contractor shall defend all suits or claims for infringement of any patent rights and shall save the State harmless from loss on account thereof, except that the State shall be responsible for all such loss when a particular design, process or the product of a particular manufacturer or manufacturers is specified, but if the Contractor has reason to believe that the design, process or product specified is an infringement of a patent, The Contractor shall be responsible for such loss unless he promptly gives such information to the Architect.
Obligations of the Consultant A. CONSULTANT shall perform as required by this AGREEMENT. CONSULTANT also warrants on behalf of itself and all subcontractors engaged for the performance of this AGREEMENT.
Obligations of the Parties 2.1 The Trust shall prepare and be responsible for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and any state regulators requiring such filing all shareholder reports, notices, proxy materials (or similar materials such as voting instruction solicitation materials), prospectuses and statements of additional information of the Trust. The Trust shall bear the costs of registration and qualification of its shares, preparation and filing of the documents listed in this Section 2.1 and all taxes to which an issuer is subject on the issuance and transfer of its shares.
