Common use of Obligations of the Ministry Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Ministry. 1. The Ministry shall provide training to the Trainees based on the curriculum detailed in Annex D of this Agreement. 2. The Ministry shall provide, on a cost-reimbursement basis, logistical support, transportation and equipment and materials necessary for the training activities, as further detailed in the Annexes, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 3. The Ministry shall provide to the Visiting Team members all facilities and assistance necessary for the implementation of this Agreement while on the territory of the Slovak Republic. All members of the Visiting Team shall have the right of entry into and exit from the Slovak republic. They shall be granted facilities for speedy travel. Visas, entry permits and exit permits, where required, shall be granted free of charge, as speedily as possible.
