Obligations of the Party. 1. In its capacity as Business Development, the Second Party shall: 2. Provide the full information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract: like client details, invoice details and business details weekly or as per requirement. 1. And apart from above all invoices and proposal released on behalf of TelusCare should be intimated to TelusCare company authorized manager. 2. Either Second Party authorize the First Party to take the payment online through portal or if cash collected by Second Party in both cases, amount will be settled as per Article 4. 1. The Second Party shall: 2. Obtain the prior written approval of the First Party before any advertisement or promotional activity is undertaken on behalf of TelusCare Solutions on TelusCare portal. 3. Not make or allow its employees to make any commitment or incur any obligation on behalf of the First Party; 4. Have the right only to suggest in business process within the scope of yours business in order to improve on portal but nothing else. 5. Ensure all required information should be handover to First party time to time as per company requirements in order to update on portal. 6. In case detailed Invoices and Reports requested by the client should always be updated on the portal of First Party, and 7. Ensure that its employees comply with its code of conduct.
