Common use of Obligations of the Subadviser Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Subadviser. 10.1 The Subadviser will supply or procure the supply to the Sub-Subadviser of copies of the Subadvisory Agreement and all amendments thereto, the Trust’s By-Laws, the Prospectus, the Registration Statement and all amendments thereto notified to the Subadviser in accordance with the Subadvisory Agreement and all other information as the Sub-Subadviser shall reasonably require to enable it to perform its duties hereunder in respect of the Fund. 10.2 The Subadviser will supply the Manual to the Sub-Subadviser and will promptly notify the Sub-Subadviser of all modifications and amendments to the Manual. 10.3 Subject to the Subadvisory Agreement, and if available, the Subadviser will supply to the Sub-Subadviser a copy of the Fund’s audited accounts in respect of each financial year as soon as they become available.
