Common use of Obligations of theContractor Clause in Contracts

(i) Subject to and on the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor shall undertake the survey, investigation, design, engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance of the Project Highway and observe, fulfill, comply with and perform allitsobligationssetoutinthisAgreementorarising hereunder.
