Obligations of Union. In the event of a violation of Section 1 of this Article, the Union agrees to inform its members of their obligations under this Agreement and to direct them to return to work. Provided the Union complies with this Section 2 hereof, the Village agrees that the Union shall not be liable for any actions in violation of this Article by individual employees or any liability that might arise therefrom.
