Obligations on disclosure. Where a party discloses Confidential Information to another person: (a) pursuant to clauses 14.1(c) or 14.2(a), the disclosing party must: (i) notify the receiving person that the information is Confidential Information; and (ii) not provide the information unless the receiving person agrees to keep the information confidential.

Obligations on disclosure. Where a party discloses Confidential Information to another person: (a) pursuant to clauses 14.1(c23.4(a) or 14.2(a), 23.4(b) the disclosing party must: (i) notify the receiving person that the information is Confidential Information; and (ii) not provide the information unless the receiving person agrees to keep the information confidential; or (b) pursuant to clauses 23.4(c), 23.4(d) and 23.4(f), the disclosing party must notify the receiving party that the information is Confidential Information.
