Australian Industry Participation. (a) The Contractor acknowledges that the Company is committed to providing the Australian industry with full, fair and reasonable opportunities to participate in the Project. The Contractor must do all things necessary to assist the Company in complying with this commitment and must comply with the Company’s Australian Industry Participation Policy.

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7.
