Common use of Obligations on disclosure Clause in Contracts

Obligations on disclosure. ‌ If a party discloses Confidential Information of the other party under clauses 13.2(a)(i), 13.2(a)(iii) or 13.2(a)(iv), the party making the disclosure must ensure that each person to whom the Confidential Information is disclosed is aware of the obligations under this clause 13 and agrees to keep the Confidential Information confidential as if it was bound by the obligations of confidentiality imposed on the party making the disclosure under this clause 13. Nothing in this clause 13.4 derogates from XXXXX's obligations under freedom of information or privacy legislation.
