Obligations relating to Clearance of Facility. 6.6.1. During the execution of the Works, the Operator shall keep the Project Facility free from all unnecessary obstruction, and shall store Operator's Equipment or surplus materials in a manner that causes least inconvenience or dispose of such Operator's Equipment or surplus materials. The Operator shall clear away and remove from the Facility any wreckage or rubbish no longer required.
