Obligations Relating to Energy and Ancillary Services. 4.2.4.1 Submission of Bids and Self-provided Schedules. When the Scheduling Coordinator on behalf of the Distributed Energy Resource Provider submits a Bid, the Distributed Energy Resource Provider will, by the operation of this Section 4.2.4.1, warrant to the CAISO that it has the capability to provide that service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and that it will comply with CAISO Dispatch Instructions for the provision of the service in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • FEES AND EXPENSES RELATING TO SERVICES 15.1 In consideration of the provision of the Services, Transnet will pay to the Service Provider the Fees detailed in the relevant schedule or Work Order.
