Common use of Obligations relating to Reserved Services Clause in Contracts

Obligations relating to Reserved Services. 6.4.1 Subject to the provisions of Article 18, MOR shall perform, or cause to be performed, all the Reserved Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Laws. 6.4.2 MOR agrees and undertakes that in order to enable the Concessionaire to discharge its obligations under this Agreement and Applicable Laws, MOR shall discharge its own functions efficiently and in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
