OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO TAXES OR DUTIES. After Completion, the Buyer must procure that the Company provides the Seller with access to such employees and records of the Company as the Seller reasonably requires to meet its obligations under any law relating to Tax or Duty provided such access is exercised and conducted in a manner to avoid unreasonable disruption to the conduct of the Business and the activities and operations of the Company and its employees.
