Obligations Several; No Third Parties Benefited. (a) The agreements and obligations of each of the Subordinated Creditors under this Agreement are several and not joint. No Subordinated Creditor shall be responsible for the failure of any other Subordinated Creditor to perform its obligations hereunder.
