Common use of Obligations to Cease Clause in Contracts

Obligations to Cease. In the event that this Agreement shall be terminated pursuant to Section 10(a) hereof, all obligations of the parties hereto under this Agreement shall terminate and there shall be no liability of any party hereto to any other party except that (i) the provisions of the second paragraph of Section 6(a), Section 11, and Section 12(g) shall survive, and shall be and remain in full force and effect and (ii) nothing herein will relieve any party from liability for any willful breach of this Agreement.

Obligations to Cease. In the event that this Agreement shall be terminated pursuant to Section 10(a) 11.1 hereof, all obligations of the parties hereto under this Agreement shall terminate and there shall be no liability of any party hereto to any other party except that for (i) the provisions of the second paragraph of obligations with respect to publicity contained in Section 6(a), Section 11, and Section 12(g) shall survive, and shall be and remain in full force and effect 12.1 hereof and (ii) nothing herein will relieve any party from liability for any willful breach of this Agreementthe obligations with respect to costs contained in Section 12.2 hereof.

In the event that this Agreement shall be terminated pursuant to Section 10(a) 11.01 hereof, all obligations of the parties hereto under this Agreement shall terminate and there shall be no liability of any party hereto to any other party except that (i) for the provisions of the second paragraph of obligations with respect to confidentiality contained in Section 6(a)5.08 hereof, Section 11, and Section 12(g) shall survive, and shall be and remain in full force and effect and (ii) as set forth in Section 13.02 hereof, and (iii) that nothing herein will relieve any party from liability for any willful breach of this Agreement.
