Obligations to satisfy Condition Precedents. a. The Licensee and the Licensor shall make all reasonable endeavours to procure the satisfaction in full of the Conditions Precedent set out in Clause 4.1.3 above. The Licensee and the Licensor shall make all reasonable endeavours to procure fulfillment of the conditions set forth in Sub-clause (c) of Clause 4.1.3. Each Party shall bear its respective cost and expense of satisfying such Condition Precedent.
