Common use of Obligations to Survive Clause in Contracts

Obligations to Survive. All representations, warranties, obligations and other agreements shall survive Closing and the execution and delivery of a Deed and shall not be merged therein. With respect to a termination of this Agreement, all representations, warranties, obligations and other agreements shall not survive a termination, unless (i) otherwise provided herein, or (ii) a representation, warranty, obligation or other agreement herein is intended for the benefit of a Lot acquired by Buyer.
