Obligations Under ERISA, COBRA, and Other Laws. For the purposes of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), COBRA, or any other federal or state law, GROUP and BCBSRI agree that BCBSRI is not the plan administrator of GROUP’s health plan and BCBSRI shall not have any reporting or other responsibilities.
