Obligations Upon Unauthorized Disclosure. If at any time SCEA becomes aware of any unauthorized duplication, access, use, possession or knowledge of any Confidential Information of Publisher, it shall notify the Publisher as soon as is reasonably practicable. SCEA shall provide any and all reasonable assistance to Publisher to protect Publisher's proprietary rights in any Confidential Information of Publisher that it or its employees or permitted subcontractors may have directly or indirectly disclosed or made available and that may be duplicated, accessed, used, possessed or known in a manner or for a purpose not expressly authorized by this Agreement including but not limited to enforcement of confidentiality agreements, commencement and prosecution in good faith (alone or with the disclosing party) of legal action, and reimbursement for all reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and expenses incurred by Publisher to protect its proprietary rights in the Confidential Information of Publisher. SCEA shall take all reasonable steps requested by Publisher to prevent the recurrence of any unauthorized duplication, access, use, possession or knowledge of the Confidential Information of Publisher.
