Common use of Obligors' Obligations Absolute Clause in Contracts

Obligors' Obligations Absolute. Nothing contained herein shall impair, as among the Obligors and the Noteholders, the obligation of the Obligors to pay to the Noteholders all amounts payable in respect of the Notes as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with the terms thereof, or prevent the Noteholders from exercising all rights, powers and remedies otherwise permitted by applicable law or upon an Event of Default with respect to the Notes.
