Common use of OBSERVANCE AND MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

OBSERVANCE AND MODIFICATION. Tenant and its employees and agents shall faithfully observe and comply with the Rules and Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit C (the “Rules”) and such reasonable changes therein (whether by modification, elimination, or addition) as Landlord at any time or times hereafter may make and communicate in writing to Tenant, so long as such changes do not unreasonably affect the conduct of Tenant’s business in the Premises, except as required by any applicable Law; provided, however, that in case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease and any of the Rules as originally promulgated or as changed, the provisions of this Lease shall control.
